By 12 PM, once the order is confirmed with full payment, it will be dispatched on the same day, (Excluding Holidays).

We utilize reputable courier services such as ST Courier, India Post, etc. Your packages will be dispatched through one of these couriers based on availability, customer request and prompt delivery.

Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with the courier companies or if the customer is unavailable during delivery.

Once the packages are handed over to our courier partners, we relinquish control, and any issues with delivery should be addressed directly with the respective courier company.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, we can resend the package upon payment of shipping charges. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, shipping charges and packing charges will be deducted accordingly (whether borne by us or you).”
